Review of our BOGO February is for Lovers Special

I wanted to share a review of our first ever Buy One Night Get the Second Night Free special we offered throughout the "Month of Love - February."
IT WAS GREAT!

Some of our guests even went horseback riding! (Reba Farm Inn near Bedford)

Continental is not spoken here!
It snowed on one weekend and we had a full house who just loved it!
What you will oftentimes hear me say to our guests when they inquire about the ups and downs of owning a bed and breakfast:

VARIETY IS THE SPICE OF THIS INNKEEPER'S LIFE!

What does that mean exactly? Well for our first ever BOGO special we had such a variety of guests it really made it worthwhile. I would say that approximately 75% had never before stayed in a bed and breakfast inn, so we were their first! I love being the first, this means we are most likely the most memorable as well.  Just as I recall our first guests, I think our guests here will recall their first B&B. Staying at a bed and breakfast is not just a room, it is an experience, so although they might not recall the room colors or soft linense, they will have made fond memories and recall the experience!

I hope you will consider this the next time you choose a cookie-cutter hotel room with hired front desk staff, in comparison to a small family-owned B&B where the owners not only choose the linens, plant the flowers in the gardens but also cook your breakfast! They care, and it shows in the quality of your stay.

EXPERIENCE THE DIFFERENCE AT A BED & BREAKFAST

I hope these guests got a nice introduction to the romantic getaways B&B's can offer...and more importantly, I hope they will be back! If not to our B&B, then to innjoy another inn, as we are all different, that is what males them so much fun!

Our guests during the Month of February came from as far away as Florida and New York State and Connecticut!

Also I wanted to note, that since many of these on the BOGO has never been to a B&B, I recommended they select the "Red Hot Lovers" add-on, which basically means you can have breakfast delivered to your room, instead of sitting in the dining room.  This is a great option for those who wish to sleep in, or lounge around in their robes.  It was very popular!

ISN'T IT TIME FOR A BLUE RIDGE DAY Y'ALL?
