Calling all snow birds home to roost!

I have had some bad reports from the snowbirds who flocked to Florida this year, telling me it was warmer at home! I want to personally innvite all you snowbirds to stop over on your migration home to stay with us at The Claiborne House Bed and Breakfast!
Stay with us at The Claiborne House B&B in Rocky Mount Virginia

We are 30-35 minutes from I-81, the Roanoke Exit. Unless you are a snowbird who drives with a big straw hat and Lincoln Continental, then you will take a bit longer...don't get me wrong, I am not bashing Lincoln drivers, but you know you have your own flare, and take your time as your casually cruise along wherever you go.

Comfortable beds, central hvac, and a big ol' porch!
Break up the drive, and stop in for some Blue Ridge hospitality...I will even cook you a fine breakfast! "Mighty Fine!" As Sheriff Andy Taylor used to say. By the way, Mayberry, which is called Mount Airy, NC is just an hour 15 from us, if you wanted to stop in and visit the Andy Griffith Museum, or Floyd's Barbershop, or a pork chop sandwich at Snappy's. If you want some outdoorsy adventure, visit Mount Pilot (which is really Pilot Mountain). WAIT! Don't forget Wally's Service Station.

Now the big question you are asking me is "Why should we stay with you and not at a B&B or hotel in Mount Airy?" Here is my answer, "Because we would like you to!" I write this blog, put all this info out for travel planning so you will:
